What is included in the cost of the in-person Decon/Recon class?

Is there an age requirement to take the class?

No, our classes are open to all ages and skill levels.

How long is the in-person Decon/Recon class?

Each class is taught over a 3-4 day period, running for ~8 hours each day.

Do you provide the shoes for the Decon/Recon class, or do I bring my own?

The pair of shoes selected is included in the cost of the Decon/Recon class. We will provide the shoes in your selected size for you to customize and take home at the end.

Am I responsible for my own travel?

Yes, students are responsible for covering their travel and lodging.

Do I need to know how to sew before taking the class?

No, sewing bootcamp is part of our course. Our team will teach you every step of the process, no previous experience required!

CUSTOMIZATION WORKSHOPS

Do I need to know how to customize before taking the workshop?

No experience necessary! Our Academy team will be on site to help answer any questions and help guide you to different techniques to customize your sneaker. 

Do I need to bring my own shoe? Does it matter what kind?

Please bring your own shoe. We suggest all-white sneakers like an Air Force 1 or Slip-On Vans so you can start with a fresh white palette otherwise any shoe can be customized!

There are also options to purchase a sneaker on-site, but please be advised there may be select sizes and styles available and kindly ask you request this in advance. There are options for the sneaker to be included when purchasing your ticket. This will help us ensure we have the style and size you need for your workshop.
